Fadeelah Holivay is a strategic operations leader with experience spanning executive leadership, enterprise operations, real estate investment and organizational execution.
Before founding Holivay & Co., she spent more than five years with Home Partners of America, a Blackstone portfolio company, serving in leadership roles including Chief of Staff, Director of Administration and Strategic Operations Director.. Her work centered on translating strategic priorities into operational execution, strengthening organizational structure and leading complex initiatives across the business.
Today, she brings that experience to founder led companies through Holivay & Co., helping leaders identify what's creating operational friction and build the clarity, ownership and structure needed to execute effectively.
